Getting Married

So i asked the love of my life Rachel to marry me....she said yes!  Let August 20th be known as the day that i proposed to my future wife.  Anyway we have been kickin around potential dates and talking about reception venues...we stopped by the Leach Botanical Gardens here in Portland and i found it to be very charming and intimate actually we could get married and have the reception here.  So as of right now it's at the top of the list....actually there are only two on the list. My very good friend Leah has a friend that is going to ask her parents about using their property for the reception.  I plan on going back and taking some photos and maybe some video and then posting it to my blog.  Click on the link to take you to their site.

This was last year in November when we went to visit James and Elia in San Francisco. It was a great trip. We really enjoyed Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf.

Did i mention that we drove from Oregon with Rachel's parents on this trip...yea that was a test that i passed.
